Although KNC guarantees its own products, KNC does not provide any warranties on products made by other independent manufacturers, products which we may sell from time to time on this site. KNC is not responsible for defective merchandise from these name brand products. We will, however, arrange for an exchange of the product for you. As far as our own products are concerned, if you are unhappy with any item, return the remainer to us. We will refund the purchase price for items returned in their own containers.
